At Staunch, we are proud to use Australia Post to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are located in the world. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible.

Domestic Orders

Staunch offers Express & Standard Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days depending on demand (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Express should arrive 1 to 4 business days after depending on your location. Standard should arrive within 2 to 8 business days.

If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.

During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 2-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 5-8 days.

  • FREE Express Shipping $120+ : Free
  • Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days) : $10
  • Express Shipping (1 to 4 business days) : $15

New Zealand Orders

Staunch offers Delivery + tracking info for all our New Zealand customers. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days depending on demand (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Orders can take 2 - 7 business days to be delivered to New Zealand.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. Please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.

  • FREE Standard Shipping $120+ : Free
  • Standard Shipping (8 to 12 business days) : $15
  • Express Shipping (4 to 8 business days) : $30

International Orders

International customers can also enjoy our Standard shipping + tracking on all orders. Orders can take 6 - 27 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

Express International Post is also available, cost dependent on your location which is calculated at checkout. This shipping method takes between 4 - 16 business days.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. Please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Standard International Shipping (6 to 27 business days) : $20
  • Express International Shipping (4 to 16 business days) : $35
